Maribel Camarillo, Broker-Owner
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish
Maribel at the age of one made Apopka, Florida her home. From early years, her mom would take her on road trips all over Central Florida. Maribel started her first job at age fourteen. She still sells homes to her first bosses, family, and friends.
Maribel does not meet a stranger, and if she does, by the end of the day, she is part of their family. She is highly respected amongst her peers, clients, and working associates.
Maribel is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. She has travelled and promoted real estate developments abroad and worked with many foreign nationals with buying and selling properties.
She is a creative and dynamic individual and a force to be reckoned with. Maribel knows this market better than anyone out there and can find you your next dream home, vacation home and/or business property. Felicia Donatelli, Broker-Owner
Felicia was born into the real estate profession. Her father was a commercial developer and constructed large professional office buildings and government buildings in Florida.
After she graduated from high school, she and her mom became licensed in real estate. During her college years, real estate afforded her the opportunity to finish her college curriculum and be one of the first employees to work with Kemmons Wilson, founder of Holiday Inns, at a prestigious resort called Orange Lake Country Club. This is where Felicia’s real estate career unfolded into a growing and thriving real estate associate, broker associate and the creation of broker/owner of Palm Properties.
Felicia has a drive and passion which makes her representation and association with working with her a worthwhile and rewarding experience. She has the knowledge, experience, and business ethics you seek when either purchasing or selling property.
